What is self-care?
Self-care is about taking the time to focus on yourself and recharge your batteries. It’s about finding activities that will help you optimize your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Self-care activities can be anything that makes you feel good and energized, such as reading, walking, taking naps, meditating, baking, reciting affirmations, spending time with your pets, journaling, or simply fueling your body with healthy foods.
Essentially, self-care is anything that helps you take care of yourself and expand your inner happiness.
How do I know if I’m in burnout?
Burnout can manifest in different ways for different people, but there are some common signs to watch out for. You may be experiencing burnout if you feel exhausted and drained most of the time, have trouble focusing or being productive, feel detached from your work or personal life, or experience physical symptoms like headaches or stomach issues. You may also feel irritable, anxious, or depressed, and find yourself withdrawing from social situations. If you’re unsure if you’re experiencing burnout, it’s important to take the time to reflect on how you’re feeling and seek support.
The good news, burnout can be recovered from and within a reasonable timeframe with the right support.
What is a wellness and burnout coach? Can’t I just figure this out on my own?
A wellness and burnout coach is a professional who specializes in helping individuals who are experiencing burnout and struggling with their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We work with you to identify the underlying causes of your burnout and provide personalized strategies to help you overcome it.
While it’s possible to figure things out on your own, it can be challenging and overwhelming to tackle burnout without guidance and support. A coach can help you gain a fresh perspective, provide you with tools and techniques to manage your stress, and hold you accountable as you work towards your goals. With a coach by your side, you can confidently create a happier and healthier life.
How do I know which package is best for my personal circumstances?
Choosing the right package depends on your personal circumstances and what kind of support you need. If you’re looking for more personalized attention and are deep in the throws of overwhelm and burnout, the 1:1 coaching package may be the best fit for you.
If you’re someone who specifically wants accountability, the Voxer support package may be the right choice for you, as it allows you to reach out for text support six days a week but doesn’t include the coaching calls.
However, if you’re just looking for immediate support or accountability in one or two areas, the individual sessions may be a good fit for you, though I recommend one of the other packages for more sustainable results. If you’re unsure which package, don’t hesitate to reach out and we can discuss which is best for you.
